Eli K.P. William
Japanese translator and author of The Jubilee Cycle, a single dystopian novel told in 3 books, including Cash Crash Jubilee (Skyhorse 2015), and The Naked World (Skyhorse 2017). Eli K.P. William spent his entire life in downtown Toronto until he finished school and moved suddenly to Tokyo, where he has worked as a translator and sometimes interpreter for almost a decade. He has written articles for The Japan Times, Tor.com, Writer’s Digest, The Pacific Rim Review of Books, Now Magazine, Cha Literary Journal and other media. Currently, he is re-writing A Diamond Dream, the final book of The Jubilee Cycle, and gradually developing another novel set in present day Tokyo. His main hobby is streetdance, and he can sometimes be spotted with a bluetooth speaker at the base of skyscrapers, under train bridges, and in other dubious locations .
