著者について
イーライ・K・P・ウィリアム（Eli K.P. William）はカナダ生まれ、日本在住のシナリオライター、文芸翻訳家、日本語と英語で両方創作するバイリンガルの作家。日本SF作家クラブ会員。著書に、近未来の東京を舞台にした『The Jubilee Cycle』三部作がある。平野啓一郎『ある男』（英題：『A Man』）や星野道夫『旅をする木』（英題：『The Traveling Tree』）など文芸翻訳も手掛ける。また、日本の大手ゲーム開発スタジオのシナリオライティングに携わっており、短編小説「フォトボマー」が早川書房のアンソロジー『SFと恐怖』に掲載され、日本語でデビューが決定。現在、未来のコミュニケーションをキーワードとした長編小説と日本SF通史を執筆中。
